What if we could change the future?
Imagine you could help set the direction of the Delta School District for the next ten years. What hopes, dreams and possibilities can you conceive of for our future? What values and qualities will students of the future need in order to be successful citizens who are able of addressing real-world issues?
We value and appreciate your knowledge and insight, and we need your voice. You are invited to participate in the SD37 Vision 2030 Engagement Session. We welcome your voice in the conversation!
The meeting will take place via Zoom on Wednesday, May 12th from 7:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
At this meeting parent and student participants will engage in the Vision 2030 process. This process will be underway from now until September 2021, culminating with a community celebration and the unveiling of our new Vision 2030. In addition to this event, every parent and student in Delta will have an opportunity to participate by completing an on-line survey. Multiple opportunities for staff, parent and student engagement will take place over the next 4+ months which we hope will create exciting momentum about the current and future thriving of our District.
In preparation for the meeting, we ask that you:
- Arrive 5 minutes early so we can start on time
- Come ready to participate and share
- Remain fully present during our time together
- Come prepared to listen to and learn from each other
- Share your knowledge, wisdom and expertise
We are very much hoping that you will join us for this important event. The more voices that participate, the stronger Vison 2030 will be.
